Responsibilities
The Junior Account Manager is responsible for providing support to Account Managers in the coordination and oversight of agency services and strategic direction and is expected to progress to Full Account Manager status as quickly as possible. As an account manager this individual will provide coordination and oversight of agency services and strategic direction for their assigned accounts. Working within a team environment and depending on the client, this individual will either assist on, or take the lead on the management of accounts. As a member of the account team this individual will be an active participant in generating deliverables; will be a key interface point of contact with clients and will ensure that projects are on strategy, on budget, and on time.
Minimum Qualifcations
A bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred with 2-4 years of experience in delivering strategic marketing/communications plans. Demonstrated knowledge of branding, messaging, advertising, and interactive trends and best practices. Previous success in completing projects on time and within budget. Must have prior experience working with diverse groups of people, the ability to manage conflict, motivate colleagues, and be productive in a multitasking environment with attention to detail. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be proficient in standard office software.
